First, what is SkySlope?
SkySlope is a suite of products for agents, auditors and brokerages to manage every step of a real estate transaction from listing to closing. We have e-signature, interactive forms, document management, and more.
Let’s talk about SkySlope Offers–the revolutionary way for agents to submit offers on properties, collect unbiased offers, organize, manage, share, and interact with them and ultimately help sellers choose the best offer for them for all the right reasons–now available for buyer’s agents
I led and delivered work for the Buyer’s Side of Offers to completion, creating opportunity for an entirely new user-base to find themselves in our product, opened up additional streams of revenue, and led to a signed partnership with additional MLSs, adding $1.2 in additional revenue–and counting.
The Problem Statement:
Buyer agents are submitting offers on properties hosted by SkySlope Offers. Once they go though the submission flow and press “submit,” that is the end of their interaction in our product. Seller’s agents continue to use the product to track their collected offers, but buyer’s agents are never to be seen again–until their next Offers-hosted submission. Other than the status email updates, they rely on seller communication for any updates, and have no central source of truth for offer submissions. And, buyers in today’s market are submitting a lot of offers until they find the right fit.
Goal:
How might we create a space for buyer’s agents to track offers submitted, seamlessly communicate with seller’s agents, and take actions such as counter or accept offer changes that come their way?
The Users: Buyer’s Agents, admins, and brokers:
Want to learn more about our users? Talk to them here: PersonaChat with a custom GPT I created with the knowledge-base of our products, our user-types, and the common real estate law and standard practices in the area they serve.
The solution:
Using the existing network of SkySlope Forms and Offers, users can begin an offer in Forms and take it all the way to the finish line in Offers
Utilize the existing UI from the Seller’s side of offers, create a similar experience, but for buyers, saving engineering time and effort, put forth results that have already passed user tests
Buyer’s agents can import their documents from SkySlope Forms to ensure all related documents are in the right place
Buyer’s agents can track all related offers submitted for a single client (or grouping of clients)Buyer’s and Seller’s agents can communicate seamlessly and transfer documents without leaving the product. With integrated e-signature, everything is signed, sealed, and delivered all in one place
Since everything occurs in one place, activity log tracking becomes an easy place to keep audits easy and fast for brokerages to keep tract of paperwork and ensure agents are compliant

Let’s explore some user scenarios: Buyer’s Agent
I’m a buyer’s agent in SkySlope Offers submitting an offer for my clients. After I press submit, I want to see all of my submitted offers, holistically, so I can keep my client informed and up to date in this fast-moving market.
Let’s explore some user scenarios: Seller Agent
I am a Seller’s agent in SkySlope Offers. I want to seamlessly counter an offer that I received from a Buyer’s agent. I want to be able to do all of this in one place, and maintain a single, trackable communication stream.
