First, what is SkySlope?
SkySlope is a suite of products for agents, auditors and brokerages to manage every step of a real estate transaction from listing to closing. We have e-signature, interactive forms, document management, and more.

Let’s talk about SkySlope Offers–the revolutionary way for agents to submit offers on properties, collect unbiased offers, organize, manage, share, and interact with them and ultimately help sellers choose the best offer for them for all the right reasons.
I led and delivered work for Offers to completion, launching to over 800,000 users at GTM, spanning across two countries, 5 different MLSs and now, over 1.2 million users with over 2 million offers. Total revenue for the first two years was estimated at 10 million dollars.
Net proceeds: Requirements
Problem Statement: There is more to an offer than just the purchase price. Contingencies can make or break an offer, and a good agent knows this, and knows how to write a compelling offer. However, when just comparing raw numbers, without those smaller details, at face value that might not be apparent. On top of that, sellers come with their own fees and subtractions, like remaining balance on loan, to take into consideration. Right now, agents are manually creating spreadsheets to compare these details, in a long, tedious process.
Goal: How might we allow for a net proceeds calculator that grabs as much information as possible, automatically, from purchase agreements and from seller-provided information about the listing and seller loans? How might we allow seller’s agents to use this information and compare when making offer decisions?
Solution (try it here!):
Multi-touchpoint net proceeds calculator
Every new listing, a user receives an email. In the email is the reminder to add the general, global net proceed details while you wait for offers to come pouring in
Agents can also access this page in their listing settings
Agents can also enter and manipulate this information on the offer comparison page for live, net proceed changes
Information from purchase agreement automatically added to net proceeds calculator
Customizable “other” category for unlimited smaller, net proceed details

Some UX Concepts
The UI (try it here!)
Import from Forms: Requirements
Problem Statement: A lot goes into a real estate transaction. It all starts with paperwork–so much paperwork. We have seven products that all have paperwork and right now, agents are manually adding these signed documents from one product to another.
Goal: How might we allow agents to import existing, signed offers from SkySlope Form–another product in the SkySlope suite–to make offer submission easier? We need to create a way for agents to easily choose between import and upload, so they can work fast.
Bonus: Incorporate machine learning to recommend files and forms that match the property the user is submitting on behalf of. Recommend the proper files.

Account Settings Mobile Responsive: Requirements
Problem statement: Agents submitting and receiving offers are often on the go hosting showings, taking clients to showings, and otherwise. Offers come in on the go, and in this market, need to be addressed immediately. A desktop-only approach does not work for these agents on the go.
Goal: How might we allow agents to manage their account on the go? Allow agents to make changes to their personal and professional details, along with manage notifications and account-wide client messaging all from their phone.
Bonus: Make it as iterative as possible to desktop while also aligning it with more recent mobile work

Mobile Offer Comparison: Requirements
Problem statement: Agents submitting and receiving offers are often on the go hosting showings, taking clients to showings, and otherwise. Offers come in on the go, and in this market, need to be addressed immediately. A desktop-only approach does not work for these agents on the go.
Goal: How might we allow agents to manage compare incoming offers and share this experience with their sellers? How might we allow agents to quickly log in, on the go, and access all of their content and interact with it the same way they would on desktop
Bonus: Create a way to filter through offer information to compare the relative data, given limited screen real estate.
