Seed and Sew, LLC | Responsive Web
Work: Logos, Website creation and maintenance, advertising, educational materials, apparel/merch (check out the graphic design work here)
Seed and Sew, LLC is an online platform that offers resources for teachers and parents to help raise emotionally intelligent children and offers workshops, both virtual and in-person, online courses, and an endless wealth of support.
I worked with Alyssa to create her website both on WordPress and now Kajabi, a site specifically suited to create and host online courses for parents and educators alike.
The problem: create a website that explains the variety of different resources available to parents, educators, and caretakers; provide an app-free listening experience for the podcast; create a place for marketing and promotion; and provide a place for members to log in and use their resources.
The solution: a Kajabi-hosted website that offers all of those things and more. Below you can see examples of the website, you can also visit it here.
My role: UX/UI design and implementation
The website remained consistent with branding from social media and print materials using the same color palette and fonts. Seed and Sew is “a judgement-free village,” and the website is the hub for that brings all of the support from social media to the next level. It is the place you go to learn to bring our kiddos the support they need developmentally.
It was very important for the website to feel like a second home for those who are social media followers, as @seed.and.sew has an incredibly large following on Instagram and Facecbook and has worked hard to foster a community on those platforms that engage in things like weekly livestreams and other activities that bring people together.
